CA. Kishorchandra M Swadia

The senior partner of KMS, Shri K. M. Swadia, brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over four decades. He has held key positions as Chief Finance Officer in multinational companies like Fizer Ltd and FAG Precision Bearings India Ltd. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors of various public and private limited companies, as well as a bank.
- Shri Mayur Swadia is also qualified in ISA (Post Chartered Accountancy qualification in Information Systems Audit of ICAI) and has been very active professionally. He has been a member of the committees of the Central Council of ICAI and a member of the Financial Reporting Review Board Committee set-up by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the review of financial statements of listed entities in India. He has carried
out a review of financials of a large number of listed companies on behalf of ICAI and is on the penal of Peer Reviewers maintained by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for carrying out peer reviews of auditing firms. - In addition, Shri Mayur Swadia is a director in listed and unlisted companies as well as a trustee in several public charitable trusts. He is a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Panasonic Energy India Company Limited (a multinational company listed on the stock exchange and part of the Panasonic group of Japan).

- Shri Mayur Swadia is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years of experience in the areas of statutory and internal audits, internal control systems, processes of organizations, MIS, and transfer pricing (domestic and international). He advises clients on international transfer pricing policies and represents them with tax appellate authorities regarding issues related to international transfer pricing. Under his leadership, his firm has completed numerous assignments for Indian and multinational companies, nationalized banks, multinational banks, co-operative banks, etc. in the areas of statutory audits, internal audits, concurrent audits, stock audits, revenue audits, techno-economic viability studies, etc.

CA R K Rajput, with over 20 years of experience in taxation, manages the
corporate taxation cell within KMS. He represents clients before various taxation appellate authorities and manages both direct and indirect taxation affairs.Additionally, he is a certified GST auditor and a qualified concurrent Bank Auditor.
CA Pravin Panchiwala has more than 20 years of experience in bank audits,corporate internal audits, project finance, concurrent and stock audits. He is a qualified ISA and Concurrent Bank auditor with a keen interest in accounting standards and IND AS. He has served as a Professional Director of Co-operative Bank of Baroda Ltd. His experience and expertise make him a valuable member of KMS.
